Details

  • Adds new menus to the fridge, stove,Grill and BBQ Pit
  • New menus added are – Make Custom Food, Make Custom Gourmet Food, Make Custom Vampire Food, Make Custom Toddler Food, Grab Custom Snack, Custom Grand meal
  • Enables new custom recipes to appear in the fridge and stove recipe picker
  • Requires frequent updates for patch as well as for addition of new food resources
  • Requires both the .package and .ts4script files
  • This mod only adds the menus. for the actual recipes, you need to download the individual recipes
  • The recipes can also be accesed via Custom Cooking Objects ( Script is not required for this)
Troubleshooting
 
1. Redownload from this folder – Simfileshare Link
2. Make sure your mods and scripts are enabled
3. Put only those above files +/- MCCC in your mods folder
4. Test in a fresh ‘test’ save 
5. Do you get the menus now ?
6. Put in the recipes in .package format and check whether the recipes appear. Make sure that your sim has enough skill points

  1. Hi! I was wondering, i have downloaded a different script for custom food for recipes from another creator and I was wondering, if I can still use yours? (with the script youre using for your custom recipes) Like do you think they might not work together? (the other CC is Oni28 – maybe that will help with answering). And thank you for all the custom foods, its amazing!Also on one of your screenshot i saw a Mango custard recipe? Is that yours too or where can i find it? ^^

  4. Hi Munmun! Thank you for your mods, they are great. I am wondering if you can shed some light for me on a problem I am having. To start, I have your mods, Srsly's Cooking Overhaul, and MTS Custom Food and Drinks mod. I do not have the Jambalaya recipe downloaded. I am having an issue of, when I click the fridge to make “a quick meal” the first problem, is this category pops up twice – one with Sims 4 regular options (an error occurs allows a few other options to appear with blue square and no details); the other quick meal category just has a raspberry puree and the kiwi popsicles. Are you able to provide any feedback on this experience? Any ideas will be helpful.

  6. I have blue cube issue for some recipees. Skill level all avaiable but blue cube, and when sims tries to cook these blue cube recipees, the sim gets stuck and resets himself and leaves the food out

Hello icemunmun, I love playing with your recipes in my game, but I'm getting Last Exceptions from some of the recipes after updating to the newest version of SOCC 3.3.1This is the Last Exception Summary I get:Last Module Called: tunable_model.pyLast Function Called: get_modelError message: [cjiang] Error invoking TunableModelWrapper._factory (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_model'), CategoryID: tunable_model:71These are the recipes that causes the last exception, Kale Avocado Salad, Fried Tofu, Irish Lamb Stew, Kiwi Salad, Mushroom Stew, Rice Pudding, Grilled Salmon with Cilantro Rice, and Shrimp Grits.I'm not sure why I'm getting the last exception in my game, hopefully they can be fixed soon.   17. Some of my food is not showing up for some reason. I have downloaded and redownloaded again and they are not showing up. Any idea how to fix it. Btw I love your food so so much!!!!

  18. I'm guessing my comment was removed but there are several food items on this list numbered 88 and also will this list be available eventually for free instead of only for Patreons? It truly is a lot of work to go through the whole list to keep downloading all of them and I get you want money from people but isn't it supposed to move to free for all by now? Thanks

  19. for some reason, when i try downloading these custom food they all display as .rar files and not package files, so it doesn't work in my game 😦 how can i fix this?

  20. This is because they are WinRAR files. You need to unzip the files (usually by right clicking and choosing extract here). Once the files are no longer in the .rar, you can delete that file

  21. Are you sure your sim has a high enough level to cook said food? I think icemunmun has objects that work as menu selections for their specific foods. If you create a sim and give them a level 10 in cooking, then check to see if you can find the food you downloaded

Usually I level them up as soon as I make them and yes I have checked and there is some food there but the most recent ones are not there, I only have about maybe 40 custom food in game that shows when I have downloaded almost all 125 of her items. I did see that she has cooking items for that so I will download when im able to fix a glitch in my game;) Thank you!!!

  26. Hi icemunmun I just wanted to say I keep downloading your custom food/drinks/objects and everything always work, doesnt lag etc. you are the best!!! I enjoy more playing sims 4 now thanks to you. the game was a little boring but now you're everywhere in my game !! lol you do a really really good job and I hope you keep using your creativity for our sims 🙂

  29. all of this sounds amazing. I am waiting for a pig that can be weighed at the fair, and we can make bacon and ham…and disgusting chitterlings. an expert cook would be able to season so they do not smell up the house. I think my great grandmother said put lemon in it while they boil. And have an option to add hot sauce when served. mmm bacon wrapped everything!!!

  39. I got a problem ever since I started downloading your files. The Custom Drinks Interaction and the Custom Foods Interaction conflicts with one another and I can't start my game because of it. I unfortunately have to remove one to keep the other. What am I doing wrong? I unzip the folder and add the packages as it is to my mod folder but it doesn't want to start my game. Some of the foods, some of the appliances as well as some the harvestables conflict with one another and I can't understand why. Got all your latest file updates but I don't have Cottage Living yet. Help please.

  48. I have one issue with this mod, I downloaded the latest version and I cant get the vampire friendly foods showing up to my game…I did download some Vampire food but I dont know if that is how it works??????

I have all these recipes and when i go in fridge and select custom food/cook custom food, there is no recipes showing up, I have the latest version of all mods/game, i have downloaded in the right place but still not working. i watched youtube tutorials how to correctly install them, and where to place them,but for me, it aint working, i dont know why and im going crazy here because of it!!!!!
