- Fill Jar – Costs 20 simoleons. Fills the jar with 10 cookies. Needs to be refilled after every 10 cookie grabbed/selected
- Grab Cookie – Sim gets a random cookie in their inventory
- Select Cookie – Opens object picker with a list of cookies to choose from
- Open – Opens the inventory, Can store plates of baked cookies. Remains fresh.

I didn't understand the difference between CL and BG

In CL (City Living version), the baked cookies which you put in the inventory will always remain fresh. In the BG ( base game ) version, the cookies would not remain fresh but would spoil.

Hey..you first need to fill the cookie jar and then grab a cookie to get a random cookie or select a cookie to get the object picker menu. Is the menu empty ? Do you get the random cookie in your sim inventory ?

I just downloaded this myself and had the same initial thought. The cookie jar itself actually is in clutter.

I wanted to keep the cookie jar in the same place as the riginal game object. i am thinking of moving the jar to misc appliance in the next update

Yes. Search with 'Jar' or 'Cookie' to find it. It is in clutter ( right beside the original clutter cookie jar)

Hey the vesion which is up is base game compatible. With one of the newer patches EA added the CL function I was using base game.

So, I downloaded the cookie jar and I did find it, but I wasn't able to use it, plus next to the jar were all the cookies. My sim could eat them, but when I put the jar on the counter she couldn't interact with it at all. It was just clutter, and that was all. Is that normal or did I miss something when I downloaded it??

Hi!! I really love this functional cookie jar!!
Is it possible to make sims eat it like how they eat harvestables? so no need to eat at dining table and they can do all cookie jar interaction while sitting!
I’d love to put the cookie jar on computer desk while my sim writing novel and occasionally grab cookies! It’d be amazing if sims can grab and eat the cookie while sitting in front of computer.
