Removed the requirement of the recipe book. Now sims can make the soups if they have enough skill points

INTERACTIONS –
- Make Veggie Soup – Opens Recipe Picker menu which shows a list of soups to make ( See table). 4 Serving. Keeps Soup Fresh for a longer time.
- Make Bowl of veggie Soup – Opens Recipe Picker menu which shows a list of soups to make ( See table). 1 Serving. Keeps soup fresh for a longer time.
- Grab Something to eat – Available after the crafting process is complete
- Heat Up – Appears sometime after the soup is made. Makes the soup hot again and gives Piping Hot buff

Hi, please help, I can't get my soup maker to work. It only gives the option to upgrade the machine, am I missing a part in it?
