I have always hated the cowplant simply because i did not agree with its sim eating tendencies! So I decided make it absolutely non lethal – It does not eat sims…it just eats hay and harvestables. And it gives milk and not sim essence ( Not something I would want to drink personally).

Buy the Dairy Cowplant from Appliances > Misc

Grow it like any other cowplant.

Collect Feed – ( Either by Collecting hay from hay bale or by opening Treat bags found under Misc> Appliaces. You can also grow your own treats by growing theharvestables and collecting the harvestables)

Collect Milk cannisters immediately ( Keeps the Milk Fresh) – can be sold

Open cannister to get bottles of milk which can be drunk ( gives moodlets, cures illness, warms up sim) , be sold or be used as ingredients ( Recipes are coming)

A cowplant can be fed every 4 hours

Hay can be collected every 2 hours
- Cowplant can still die if they are not fed regularly
- You wont be able to feed a cowplant if you havent collected milk
- The cowplant will show the cake but your sim will not eat it. Its just an animation now to let you know that the cowplant is hungry and needs to be fed.
- Your sim will need the gardening skill to be able to interact with the cowplant

Get the Add on version if you have the Dairy Cow Mod

Get the Standalone version if you do not have the Dairy Cow. This version is only the cowplant and the milk. The milk is in a folder. Pick and choose the milk for the harvestables you have

I fed the cowplant and click on 'Grab Milk' but it doesnt appear in my sims inventory. How could i fix this issue?

hello im gettin a error with this mod, i delete everything but mods from this page, and keep giving me a last exception, cannot unpack non-iterable NoneType object when trying to get the milk. happends with all milks and i 2 different households. thank you soooo much for all this mods !!!!

Hi!! I’ve downloaded the latest version of this and I can’t seem to feed the cowplant with almost anything. All feed buttons appear blank, except the Cocoa one. Can you help me?

I don’t think so. Before the update I couldn’t see the options, they were blank.
