Very small override mod which eliminates death by Murphy Bed even if the bed breaks.
All the crushing and swallowing by bed will occur as usual but the sim wont die 💀
There is an option to upgrade the bed to make it unbreakable in game but this mod allows the bed to break but no death occurs due to the broken bed.

I like the idea, vaguely, of the murphy bed as a possible death, but wow. It happens so often! I've never had this bed break without killing someone. Every. Single. Time. So, yeah. No more deaths. Thanks a lot for this!

I could kiss you for this. The whole concept of DEATH is a horrible EA design choice. At MOST it could fall and give a bad moodlet, or if injuries were a thing, then that, but DEATH? Seriously? Just another one of EA's flaws which is why I will never buy this game legitimately.

Didn't work for me; on the third use my Sim was crushed to death.

Can you hit refresh and redownload ? There was an issue with simsfileshare caching where the newer updated files were not being recognized. Was the bed broken or intact when your sim died ?

The mod probably works, but the sim would just sleep for a few minutes (gametime) and then get up even when very tired.

Hmm..make sure the sim has privacy.The sim will get up every few minutes if somebody is there in the room because of the vanilla object settings

So, with this installed, I can't place lots from the library/gallery; if I do, when I go back into build mode on my residential lot, it immediately boots me back into live mode and glitches all over everywhere. Why? Don't ask me why, but taking this mod out resolved the issue.

That is so strange! I have encountered this error with my harvestable chickpea but this type of error should not occur with this mod at all!

I had a Sim killed by one of these beds and he hadn't had it long at all. (Funny to watch once, don't want it again! This mod should very help. Thank you so so so much.)
